• Tittle: : this is a box contains of your question tittle related with the topic which discussed, such as, Job and Career exercise.
• Book: to create or edit reading text to be included in the exsercise.
• Gap: the function of this button is to change the words into a gap
• Clear gap: to erase all of the gaps, which have you make.
• Delete gap: to erase the gap one by one
• Auto-Gap: to make gap automatically
• Shows words: to shows the gap words
• Spider: to export our worksheet into web version

JQuiz is one of feature in Hot Potatoes to make a quiz using multiple choice, Short Answer, Hybrid and multi selected.

Tittle box: this is a box contains of your question tittle related with the topic which discussed, such as, Job and Career exercise.

Question Number box: This is a box to add a number of question. You can decide how many question you will make by this box.

Kinds of Question box: this is a box, which contain of kinds of question. They are multiple choice, 

Short Answer, Hybrid and multi selected.

Answer box: this is the box to write the answer of your question.

Spider: it is a tool to export your worksheet to web version.

Hot Potatoes

     

Hot potatoes is a suite software which helpful to make task project especially in teaching English. This software has many features. They are Jcloze, JQuiz, Jcross, JMix, JMatch, Jmasher. These are features enabling our to create jumbled-sentence, multiple choice question, gap fill exercise and so on. Here, i would give a simple tutorial how to use this software. This software is freeware so you can download it free and can use it for any purpose of project do you like. And you can download it in this link hotpot.uvic.ca
